Jan Ohlsson
CEO, is a Founding Partner of Accent. Mr. Ohlsson founded KF Invest AB in 1994 by organising KF's industrial assets in a separate entity with a dedicated management team and separate operational and financial functions. From its foundation Mr. Ohlsson held the position of CEO. In 1999 Mr. Ohlsson formed Nordico, an independent private equity vehicle, which acquired KF Invest's remaining holdings. Prior to the formation of KF Invest and later Nordico, Mr. Ohlsson was first deputy CEO and later CEO of KF Industri AB where he was responsible for industrial assets and M&A activities within the KF Group.
From 1991 to 1992, Mr. Ohlsson acted as CEO of BT Industries (one of Accent's major investments). From 1979 to 1991, Mr. Ohlsson held positions within KF Industri AB, initially as head of accounting, then as CFO, and finally, from 1989, as deputy CEO. From 1976 to 1979, Mr. Ohlsson worked with Group accounting at KF. From 1974 to 1976, he worked as an internal accountant at ABB (formerly ASEA). He holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
